We usually ship within 5 business days of receiving cleared payment.

Shipping

Express shipping: It takes about 5-10 days after shipping

* Economy delivery and standard delivery will be shipped by Japan Post.

* Express delivery will be by DHL or Fedex,hermes bag nyc and some items will be shipped by Japan Post. (Buyer cannot choose the delivery company)

* Standard delivery does not have a tracking number. You can add tracking by paying an additional US$5.

If you want to add tracking number, please purchase the tracking option with the items (currently standard shipping to the US, Canada and Australia cannot be tracked).

International Buyers - Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

If the cancellation is due to the buyer, we will charge a PayPal fee.

If there is a remote charge for your address, we will charge you for additional shipping.
